Gaia Company
The Company Gaia all the staff is important, but also all staff should follow rules in the meeting:
· 1).-What
staff should do if they cannot attend a meeting?
When an
employee not can attend to the meeting of the company, the employee should show
a certificate of her not attend, later the employee should do a summarize of
the meeting.
· 2).- What
staff should do if they have an objection?
When an
employee has an objection in the company Gaia, the employee should talk with
Manager and say her objection, indicating “why” and a possible solution.
· 3).- What
language staff should use in meeting?
The
language of all staff in the meeting of the Company Gaia, each employee shouldn´t
use language jargon with their Boss, because the Boss cannot understand.
